DIY sidewalk liquid chalk

PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes | AGE: 1 - 3 years old



MATERIALS:

  • Water

  • Water jug

  • Cornstarch (equal parts to water)

  • Food coloring

  • Mixing spoon

  • Small jars

  • Paint brushes

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Fill the small jars with water.

  2. Add a few drops of food coloring to each jar.

  3. Put an equal amount of cornstarch as the water in each jar. Stir it well until everything is mixed together smoothly.

  4. Take the jars outside and grab the paint brushes.

  5. Dip the paint brushes into the jars and start painting with your homemade chalk on the sidewalk or pavement.
